Gliding Day #1

WHEN:

WHERE: 

Drop off: Ray Twinney Complex South Parking Lot at 7:00AM 
 
Pick up: Ray Twinney Complex South Parking Lot at 5:00PM  
*Return time may change depending on Weather in Borden & Weekend Traffic. Cadets will be advised to text when they are 30 minutes away. 

WHO: 

We are allowed to take a maximum of 30 cadets, on a first come first serve.

DO NOT register if you had the opportunity to fly in a Glider during the previous Gliding date. With limited spaces, opportunities should be given to Cadets who have never been before. 

WHY: 

Glider Familiarization Flights are offered to cadets twice during the training year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring (April 17, 2027)  

DRESS: 

Appropriate outdoor civilian clothing. 

NOTES/KIT LIST: 

Cadets will need to bring their health card, snacks, a hat, sun screen and a water bottle. Cadets may bring sports equipment or personal electronics – however 94 Sqn is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.   

There is no longer a canteen at the gliding centre, so bring your own snacks as needed.
